Hours at these spots often run into the evening, later than a typical coffee shop, and many stay open on weekends when demand is highest in Burton. Seasonal and limited-time drink or dessert flavors are common, so a shop's current menu can differ from what is posted online; checking recent photos or calling ahead helps. Some locations in Ohio are dessert-only with no seating, meant for takeout, while others have cafe-style seating for staying a while. Straws for bubble tea are typically wide to accommodate the toppings, and are provided automatically unless you ask for a regular one. Loyalty apps and stamp cards are common at chain locations, and ordering ahead through an app can shorten a wait considerably at busy locations during peak after-school and after-dinner hours.

Amazing service today for me and my grandma! Our server was super knowledgeable and so very kind. Worth the 1 hour and 15 minute drive. All the food was so yummy and I love that there was a gluten free option for the tea tower as well. We will definitely be planning another day trip back in the next month or two 🩷

I have visited Quintealias Tea Parlor in Ohio 3 times now and I swear, it just keeps getting better! Quintealia's is genuinely one of the best high teas I’ve ever experienced (and I’ve been to quite a few.) The owner Annette was incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming and has an incredible story. The space itself is charming and quaint, and you can tell that every detail of the food is fresh, creative, thoughtful and intentional. From the presentation to the flavors, everything felt carefully curated. The staff were also exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Altogether, it continues to be a wonderful experience, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable high tea done properly. I'm already planning my next visit again. (I say that every time I leave.)

My mother, my niece, and I celebrated my daughter's 17th birthday here on Saturday. We were so pleased with the entire experience. Everything is just so beautifully plated and presented. Not only that, it's actually very delicious! Not many places are able to achieve both of those things. We all felt like princesses. My daughter was crowned upon seating, which she loved. She was also presented with a cute little birthday candle to make a wish. Very charming place!

Quintealia’s is the definition of elegance. I’ve been visiting this beautiful spot with my family and friends ever since the owner opened it 11 years ago, and it’s never failed to impress. The tea selection is incredible, offering a variety of flavors that perfectly complement their delicious dishes. Our personal favorites are the chicken salad and the beef shepherd’s pie—both are simply gourmet, melting in your mouth with every bite. The quality of the food is matched by the charming atmosphere, making every visit a truly delightful experience. During our visit, we were lucky to have Melinda as our server. She was exceptionally attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and warmly welcoming us throughout our meal. Quintealia’s is truly a hidden gem, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful dining experience. Whether you’re stopping by for tea or a full meal, you won’t be disappointed!
